Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

Ballet and Modern dance are considered two of the most fundamental forms of dance since both teach balance and coordination skills that can be used throughout life. This class will teach students the basic skills and techniques of both dance forms. Activities include bare, floor, center stage and traveling floor work in a fun, encouraging environment. Leotard and tights preferred, ballet shoes required.
