Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 25 because there are a plethora of events to attend and we want you to be there!

“Our Parks, Our Future-Findings and Direction Presentation”
All Great Neck residents are invited to attend this Public Meeting on Thursday, July 25, 8 p.m., at Great Neck North High School, 35 Polo Rd, as a part of the Parks, Recreation and Open Space Planning process designed to build a flourishing future for the Great Neck Park District.This meeting is important for all residents. We encourage you to join us!
FOR ALL PARENTS OF CHILDREN AGES 5+:
Bring your children to the Parkwood Sports Complex Rec Center between 7:30 & 9:30 p.m. on 7/25 so they can have a great night and you may attend this meeting. A park pass is required for admission to the Rec Center.

 
Outdoor Movie "Mary Poppins Returns" in the Village Green  at 6 p.m.
Decades after her original visit, the magical nanny returns to help the Banks siblings and Michael's children through a difficult time in their lives. Directed/produced by Rob Marshall and stars Emily Blunt, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Whishaw. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on and enjoy our NEW LED screen! It's rated PG and runs 2h 10min. In case of rain, movie is shown at the Parkwood Sports Complex.

 
Dance Visions NY at Steppingstone Waterside Theatre, 8 p.m.
Director Beth Jucovy of Dance Visions NY, brings her full company of acclaimed dancers to present the works of Isadora Duncan, as well as new, original Jucovy pieces, fusing different styles of jazz, ballet and contemporary dance. Live music accompanies the dancers.Performance is free for Great Neck Park District residents, only, with a valid park pass. Each park pass holder is allowed to bring 2 guests.
