A MESSAGE FROM THE GREAT NECK PARK DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENTS:
Hello GNPD Families,
The Great Neck Park District (GNPD) is pleased to announce our partnership with the Great Neck Soccer Club to bring a new community-based soccer program for youth players to achieve their greatest potential.
Our new soccer program is focused on player development training for players from preschool through 6th grade. As part of our player development program we are launching our new youth soccer league to create a highly-rewarding soccer experience. Our goal is to activate soccer by Connecting, Creating and Celebrating our community.

GNSC Intramural Families,
Throughout the 23 year history of the Great Neck Soccer Club, we have always looked at opportunities to evolve our programs to ensure that we are aligning to our mission of providing boys and girls from all backgrounds and abilities the opportunity to enhance their soccer development through a Great Neck based Soccer Program.
To that end, we are proud to announce that we will be partnering with the Great Neck Park District (GNPD) this Fall to provide an enhanced Intramural Program for the Great Neck community.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
WHAT HAS CHANGED?
While the Intramural Program Training staff and curriculum will generally stay the same the GNSC-GNPD Program will feature the following enhancements:
Allenwood Park Fields for ALL Boys/Girls Sessions - All sessions on Saturdays and Sundays will now take place at Allenwood Park. Registrants will be created by Local Schools and by Grade making it a cool fun experience for when game play takes place.
NEW Parent & Me Class (Ages 2-3) - We are adding a new 45 minute class focused on introducing the youngest members of our community (and their parents) to the Beautiful Game.
NEW Weekday Training Option - We are providing our Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade Boys and Girls with the ability to add an additional training session on either Tuesdays or Thursdays (players must commit to one day or the other for the entirety of the 8-week program).
NEW Pre-K and Kindergarten Boys Sessions on Sundays - We are providing Pre-K and Kindergarten Boys the option of attending a class on either Saturday or Sunday (players must commit to one day or the other for the entirety of the 8-week program).
NEW Pre-K Girls Session on Saturdays - We are providing Pre-K Girls the option of attending a class on either Saturday or Sunday (players must commit to one day or the other for the entirety of the 8-week program).
NOTE: We will be adding additional enhancements, which will be announced in the coming weeks.
WHEN DOES THE SEASON START?
Sessions will kick-off the weekend of September 9th/10th and run through November 4th/5th. We will provide a rain date/make-up session the weekend of November 11th/12th. There will be no sessions the weekend of September 16th/17th.
WHEN CAN I REGISTER?
It has taken us longer than expected to get our registration system set-up with all the new program options, but we are happy to say that you may register today (scroll down to see all of the program offerings). We will keep registration open through September 8 with no late fee.
WHERE DO I REGISTER?
All registration this season will take place using our Great Neck Park District's registration system. Given that most families have access to the GNPD's registration system the process to register should be familiar to you. If you're having any issues registering, you may submit your registration issues on a google doc form provided on each program page. A GNPD representative will contact you as soon as possible to assist.
