Yoga lovers can find inner peace in the great outdoors at our all-level Outdoor Yoga class at Steppingstone Park. Perfect your downward dog under blue skies, listening to the music of nature, overlooking beautiful Long Island Sound. Practice dynamic yoga poses and meditative elements outdoors with our inspirational certified yoga teacher.
Dress according to the weather; bring a yoga mat. Offered Fridays OR Sundays from 9-10 a.m. beginning September 7.

Our Playscape is located in Steppingstone Park & offers open play sessions for children ages 2 through 7. We also run our themed birthday parties here. Come visit & play!
At the Parkwood Tennis Center we offer a year-round tennis experience including private and group lessons, holiday camps and open court time as well as seasonal court rentals.
