Conduct

All groups are expected to conduct themselves in a quiet and reserved fashion on arrival and departure; Great Neck House is in a residential area. Building and its facilities are to be used with care and respect. The sponsoring agencies are responsible for the conduct of its attendees.

Liability

Injury, Damage, Loss to Great Neck House, its equipment or furnishings, is the responsibility of the organization. Park District is not responsible for any organization's equipment, supplies or materials used or stored on premises. Park District is not responsible for personal injury received or for personal property left on premises.

When Great Neck House is used for an exhibition, sponsoring organization is responsible for providing attendants when exhibition is open to public. Great Neck Park District Board of Commissioners is not responsible for loss or damage to any property owned by exhibitors.

The organization agrees to hold harmless the Great Neck Park District Board of Commissioners and the Town of North Hempstead from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages or injuries arising from an act or negligence on the part of the organization, its members, officers, agents or any person using the premises at the invitation or permission of the organization.

Amendment of Rules & Regulations

Amendment may be made by the Board of commissioners, as it deems proper.
